NICE TO MEET YOU
I'm Zahra Saleh

My career as a Transformation Leader was founded on an irony. For over a decade, I led large-scale technology and business transformations for complex organisations, from Blackstone & Regis to Clarion Housing and the University of London. I was recognised for my precision, control, and focus. The person people called when high-stakes projects needed calm leadership.
And yet, behind that structure was a struggle.
As the scope and pressure of my work grew, I began to experience the cognitive cost of operating at that pace. Eventually, a diagnosis surprised everyone, including me: I was dyslexic.
My Story
My dyslexia report suggested I should struggle with organisation, time management, and memory, the very skills I was known for.
That discovery forced me to rebuild my entire mental architecture.
I immersed myself in psychology, neuroscience, and performance frameworks. I worked with a mental toughness coach who trains Olympic athletes, and I re-engineered my own mind to build structure, clarity, and resilience under pressure.
That process became more than self-development, it became a system.
Why I Do It
As I worked on high-stakes programmes and advised executive teams, I saw a clear pattern: the systems weren’t breaking, the people were.
Projects succeeded on paper, but the leaders behind them were burning out. I watched brilliant people sacrifice focus, wellbeing, and creativity to maintain the illusion of control.
I realised that sustainable success doesn’t come from tighter processes or bigger teams, it comes from a leader with mental clarity and structured capacity.
That’s why I founded MindTactics™ to transfer the same discipline and mindset architecture that rebuilt my own performance to help founders do the same. Because when the founder thinks clearly, the company scales sustainably. And because burnout isn’t a business model.
Through MindTactics™, I integrate performance psychology with structural clarity to help founders:
Rebuild capacity under pressure so they can think strategically, not reactively.
Reclaim time for deep work by creating focus systems that stick.
Strengthen team autonomy so growth no longer depends on their constant oversight.
My philosophy is simple: When mindset leads, structure works, and capacity frees.
