I'm Zahra Saleh
My career as a Transformation Leader was founded on an irony. For over a decade, I led large-scale technology and business transformations for complex organisations, from Blackstone & Regis to Clarion Housing and the University of London. I was recognised for my precision, control, and focus. The person people called when high-stakes projects needed calm leadership.
And yet, behind that structure was a struggle.
As the scope and pressure of my work grew, I began to experience the cognitive cost of operating at that pace. Eventually, a diagnosis surprised everyone, including me:
